Seward High School Resource Room

Philosophy: We believe that all students can learn, therefore a variety of teaching strategies will be used based on individual strengths, needs, and developmental levels.

We believe for essential learning to occur, we need to foster and encourage a desire to learn through daily successes, which will enable students to become functional members of society.

We believe that the special educator is an advocate for each student's right to an appropriate education therefore; accommodations and modifications are made so that the student may participate socially and academically in the least restrictive environment.
