Objectives
- Find the mean and standard deviation of the sampling distribution of a sample mean xbar. Check the 10% condition before calculating .
- Explain how the shape of the sampling distribution of xbar is affected by the shape of the population distribution and the sample size.
- If appropriate, use a Normal distribution to calculate probabilities involving xbar.
Agenda
Do the problems assigned last Thursday and turn in on Classroom.

Do corrections for 7.3 Exercises. I only checked the evens as the odds are in the back of the book, you only have to correct those.
Please use your original doc and add corrections below your original answers, then I can see your thought process on these.

Agenda
Ch 7 Frappy.
Ch 7 Practice exam. Please look this over pg 468 and 469.
You do not have to turn this in but please ask if you have questions. Remember to note the conditions necessary to use standard deviation (10% rule) and the Large counts rule if your original population is not normal but you want to do normal calculations on xbar from sample.
Please send me any questions you have on the practice test. We will have a review session on Zoom on Thursday to cover these questions during our class time and take the test over Ch 7 on Friday. I would like you to be able to log on on Thursday
