Starting off with a simple command, by pushing the "Ctrl" key and the "C" key at the same time you can copy almost anything. It doesn't matter if you're using some kind of code, a family picture, or any simple document, this is a very hopeful tool to save time. When it comes the technology, the simpler something is the better.

Ctrl + P

Back on the topic of making life more simple for you, here's another command that will save some time and energy. If in a hurry and you need something printed in a snap all you need to do is apply the P and Ctrl key at the same time to bring up the print window right away. This saves you opening a couple of steps and sometimes every second counts.
